• Analysis history and tracking

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan: Limited to 5 headline analyses per month.

Pro Plan: Available as monthly ($9.50/month) or yearly ($95/year) subscription with unlimited analyses.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

7. Refund Policy

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SubstackGrow and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the headlines and content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content solely to provide the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubstackGrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
